Engineering Service and Maintenance Services
Elekon's biggest goal is to establish "living systems" by offering long-lasting, energy-saving, innovative and environmentally compatible system solutions in the projects it implements.
Within the scope of contracts, maintenance and general checks of the devices are carried out according to the period specified in the service program approved by the technical service manager.

Services Provided As Part of Periodic Maintenance
- Checking the electrical values and functions of the field and central equipment of the systems in the field
- Pollution rates of field equipment, control of their assembly, observation of whether there are factors that will affect their work and their removal, if any,
- Reviewing system scenarios and making programming according to new scenarios requested by the customer
- Elimination of all faults coming from the field (with the help of operating personnel)
- Conducting scenario tests of systems
- Updating and backing up system software
- Keeping critical spare parts stock to ensure system continuity
- Periodic repetition of user level training for technical personnel every year
- Support with 7/24 remote access
- Onsite technical support
